By providing his/her personal data the User gives his/her consent to their processing, storage and use in effect of acts under applicable regulations of Federal Law 152-FZ «On personal data» dtd 27/07/2006 for the following purposes:

• For Client support;
• For marketing purposes;
• For auditing and other internal studies aimed at raising the quality of services.

Personal data are meant to include any personal information that allows identification of the User/Customer personality, such as:

• FULL NAME;
• Date of birth;
• Tel.;
• Email;
• Mail

Personal data of Users are stored exclusively on the electronic media and processed using automatic systems with the exception of cases when non-automatic personal data processing is stipulated by Law. The Company takes an obligation not to disclose personal data to third parties, with the exception of the following cases:

• Following the requests of the authorized RF State Bodies on the grounds and in the order established by RF Legislation;
• to Strategic Partners of the Company for providing the products and services; or to the companies that assist us in selling the products and services to Customers. Third parties are provided only adequate, relevant and not excessive information needed for rendering the required service or for effecting the required transaction.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend the present rules provided that such amendments are subject to legislation of the Russian Federation. Amendments to the present rules come into force after their publicizing on the Site.
